Rick Derringer Net Worth $10 Million Dollars

Rick Derringer Net Worth: Produced in Fort Recovery, Ohio, in 1947, Rick Derringer formed the group The McCoys as a teen. In 1965, the group released single “Hang on Sloopy”, which immediately became the top tune in America. Derringer’s tune held onto the main place only until The Beatles’ “Yesterday” climbed to the very best area. During the 1970s, Derringer played with Johnny Winter And, and with his brother’s group, The Edgar Winter Group. While with Edgar’s group, he was part of the hit song “Frankenstein”, which sold more than a million copies and earned a Grammy nomination. As a solo artist, Derringer found success in the ’70s, releasing tunes like “Rock and Roll, Hoochie Koo”. He’s toured with Ringo Starr’s 11th All-Starr Band as well as artists like Edgar Winter and Richard Paige. Several of his tunes are featured on TV and in films, including “Dazed and Confused”, “Eastbound & Down”, and “Jackass”.

1And what makes me happy now has changed as well . . . It's one thing to play in a bar or at a biker festival, and hear a guy who's been drinking beer all day come up and tell you how good you are. For a long time in your life that will make you happy.
