#Fact
Dubbed James Cagney's voice in the 1984 TV movie "Terrible Joe Moran". Cagney was not able to properly articulate his lines during shooting due to the effects of a stroke.
Inducted to Canada's Walk of Fame in 1998.
Portrayed Richard Nixon more than any other actor in live action features.
Has a daughter named Bria.
Had the honor of hosting the 2007 White House Correspondents' Association Dinner on April 21, 2007. The dinner has been held each year since 1920 and often is attended by the President of the United States and other powerful figures in government, as well as members of the press and celebrities. President George W. Bush attended the 2007 dinner, which in addition to Little, featured David Letterman doing a "Top 10 George W. Bush Moments" shtick. ABC News anchorman Charles Gibson, former CBS News anchorman Bob Schieffer, and George Stephanopoulus of ABC News were among the members of the press attending the dinner, while the politicos in attendance included current and former New York Mayors Michael Bloomberg and Rudy Giuliani. The celebrities in attendance included Olympic figure skater Michelle Kwan, American Idol (2002) contestant Sanjaya Malakar, two-time Oscar winner Jane Fonda, and TV stars Teri Hatcher, Bill Paxton, and Larry David. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice also was in attendance. Schieffer lauded Little's Master of Ceremonies performance, commenting "I thought he was great. Generally old-fashioned kind of humor but funny.".
Was cast by Orson Welles as the character Otterlake in his autobiographical film The Other Side of the Wind (2016), which co-starred Welles himself and fellow director-actor John Huston. Welles praised Little's acting, saying that impressionists seemed to make good actors. Little, however, had to drop out of the movie since Welles improvisational style of filming, as well as layoffs caused by budgetary constraints, meant that the shooting schedule was not only unpredictable but practically interminable. When Little was unavailable for filming due to his honoring prior commitments, Welles replaced him with director Peter Bogdanovich, in whose house Welles was then living. The film was never completed during Welles' lifetime.
Dubbed the voice of ailing David Niven for Curse of the Pink Panther (1983).
Was a regular on the "Dean Martin Celebrity Roasts".
Comedian and celebrity impressionist. Among his many comic impressions have included fellow comedians (e.g., Johnny Carson and Robin Williams), movie stars (Jack Nicholson, Vincent Price, Sylvester Stallone, Jimmy Stewart and John Wayne), fictional TV characters (Big Bird and Edith Bunker) and every U.S. President since John F. Kennedy (and their major challengers, including Ross Perot and Sen. Bob Dole).
The son of an Ottawa, Ontario, doctor.
Active in several charities benefiting children, including the Juvenile Diabetes fund and the Children's Miracle Network.
Achieved the rank of Queen's Scout in the Boy Scouts of Canada.
His wife, Jeanne, was Joey Bishop's secretary.
