He wrote the screenplay for the 2012 movie Chronicle. Landis has composed the shorts Dupe, Tumbler, Phantom Cabinet ’07, The Death and Return of Superman, and Jane LA. As an actor he appeared in the films The Stupids, Blues Brothers 2000, and Burke and Hare. Landis also composed the coming 2015 movies Victor Frankenstein, America Ultra, Me Him Her, and Mr. Right. In February 2015 he directed the Ariana Grande music video “One Last Time” as well as the web picture Wrestling Is Not Wrestling in March 2015.
